Strict enforcement of traffic regulations and the rigorous handling of violations are crucial. A civilized and courteous traffic culture, respecting the rules and others, needs to be fostered.

3. Applying Modern Technology:

Applying information technology in traffic management, such as surveillance camera systems, intelligent traffic signal control, and traffic guidance software, helps reduce congestion and improve management efficiency. Integrating mobile applications to assist people in finding routes and predicting traffic conditions is also essential.

4. Improving Policies and Management:

There needs to be strict management policies for the registration and licensing of vehicles. Additionally, the traffic violation management and processing procedures need to be improved, with increased inspection and supervision.
